1.Wash black gram, add methi seeds into it and soak the mix for 4 hours..
2.After soaking, grind black gram into a smooth batter.
3.Mix sorghum flour with blackgram batter and allow to ferment for about 3-4 hours.
4.Mix chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger
and salt to the fermented batter and mix well.
5.Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
6.Make small round balls with the batter and flatten them lightly.
7.Deep fry it in hot oil on a medium flame till they turn brown.
8.Millet vada are ready to be served with coconut chutney.
