  • Preparation:

  • 1.Add 2 cups of water to a pan and bring to a boil. Add some salt to the water.

  • 2.Mix sorghum flour and atta in a bowl.

  • 3.Add hot water to the flour mix and knead by hand into a soft dough.

  • 4.Take small balls of dough and roll out into a thin circle using a rolling pin or by hand.

  • 5.Cook the roti properly on both sides on a pre-heated tawa.

  • 6.Similarly, make rotis with the rest of the dough.

  • Note: Rotis must be consumed immediately to enjoy the best texture and taste.
