Millet Shakti is a collaborative initiative between the Shree Anna Abhiyan and Mission Shakti, aimed at promoting millet entrepreneurship, awareness campaigns, and the consumption of millets through women self-help groups (WSHGs) in Odisha. This joint effort focuses on empowering women entrepreneurs, improving nutritional security, and creating sustainable livelihoods by integrating millet-based food items into both rural and urban areas. Various events like workshops, food festivals, awareness sessions, and collaborations with different stakeholders have been instrumental in promoting millets through Millet Shakti across Odisha.

Millet Shakti Products are a range of millet-based food items created through a collaboration between the Shree Anna Abhiyan and Mission Shakti, a women's empowerment initiative. These products are made using millets and are produced by women’s self-help groups. The product line includes millet-based snacks, ready-to-eat items, and baked goods, offering healthier alternatives while promoting millet cultivation and women's entrepreneurship. These products aim to boost millet consumption, support farmers, and empower women economically through income-generation opportunities
Numerous case studies have documented the success of women's self-help groups in running various enterprises across Odisha. These include Custom Hiring Centres, Community-Managed Seed Centres, Millet Shakti Cafes, Millet Shakti-on-Wheels, Millet Shakti Outlets, Millet Shakti Tiffin Centres, Millet Thelas, Pulverizers, Dehullers, Threshers, and Cleaner-cum-Grader-Destoners. These initiatives have empowered women, supported entrepreneurship, and contributed to the promotion of millet-based products and sustainable agricultural practices all over the state.
