  • Preparation :

  • 1. In a large pot, heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.

  • 2. Add all the chopped vegetables one by one. Cook until they are slightly softened.

  • 3. Add water or vegetable stock to the mixture and bring to a boil. Mix well with the vegetables.

  • 4. Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, salt, tomato sauce, and pepper powder. Bring the mixture to a boil.

  • 5. Let the soup simmer for about 10-15 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavours to blend.

  • 6. Add the sorghum flour to water to prepare a slurry. Add it to the veggies and stir well. Let the soup thicken slightly.

  • 7. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.

  • 8. Once the soup is ready, transfer it into serving bowls. Garnish with fried noodles for an extra crunch.

  • 9. Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious Sorghum Manchow Soup!
