1.Add vanilla essence and beat the eggs until they are airy and fluffy.
2.In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, sorghum flour, and baking powder).
3.Cream the butter, then gradually add the icing sugar. Then add the beaten eggs in three parts. Then add the dry ingredient mixture (all-purpose flour, sorghum flour, and baking powder) in three parts, using the cut and fold method.
4. Grease the baking mold/tray, add butter paper, and pour the batter into the baking tin.
5. Garnish with tutti frutti on top and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C (preheated oven).
6.Take out from the oven and check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let it cool down.
7. Remove from the mold/tray, cut it, and serve it with tea or coffee.
