1.Wash sorghum thoroughly and soak for 5 hours.
2.Add 4 cups of water and a pinch of salt to a pressure cooker.
3.Add soaked sorghum to the water and cook for one whistle on high flame and one whistle on low flame.
4.Remove sorghum and allow it to cool.
5.Add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves to the sorghum.
6.Add salt, chat masala, lemon juice and black salt as per your taste and mix well.
The refreshing sorghum salad is ready to be served.
