1.Heat 50 gm ghee in a medium-sized pan on a low flame for 2 minutes.
2.Add cashew nuts to the ghee and heat on a low flame till cashew turns golden brown.
Keep aside in a bowl.
3.Fry raisins in the ghee on a low flame for 1-2 seconds and keep aside in a bowl.
4.Add remaining ghee in to the pan, add cloves and whole green cardamom.
5.Add sorghum rawa and roast it properly in a medium flame for 3 to 4 minute.
6.Add milk in to it and keep stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
7.Once the mix solidifies, add sugar, and cook till it cooked well.
8.Add the roasted cashew nuts, raisins, and green cardamom powder to the mix.
9.Sorghum halwa is ready to be served!
