1.Grate potatos and keep them in cold water for 5 minute and remove water from
potatoes by Squeezing it.
2.Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3.Add grated potatoes and egg to the above mixture and mix it well.
4.Prepare a semi soft dough and divide the dough into 12-14 pc lemon size balls.
5.Flatten it with the help of your palm and place it on a tawa.
6.Shallow fry it for 10-12 min in a low flame, frying it both side.
7.Serve with tomato sauce.
