  • Preparation :

  • 1.Grate potatos and keep them in cold water for 5 minute and remove water from

  • potatoes by Squeezing it.

  • 2.Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • 3.Add grated potatoes and egg to the above mixture and mix it well.

  • 4.Prepare a semi soft dough and divide the dough into 12-14 pc lemon size balls.

  • 5.Flatten it with the help of your palm and place it on a tawa.

  • 6.Shallow fry it for 10-12 min in a low flame, frying it both side.

  • 7.Serve with tomato sauce.
