  • Preparation :


  • 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Allow them to crackle.

  • 2.Add curry leaves and onion and stir for 1 minute. Then, add green chillies, chopped carrots, potato and beans. Cook until the vegetables soften.

  • 3.Add peanuts and saute for 1 minute.

  • 4.Rinse the sorghum flakes thoroughly in water, drain them, and add them to the pan with the vegetables.

  • 5.Add salt and turmeric powder, gently mix all the ingredients and cook for 2-3 min.

  • 6.Once everything is cooked properly, turn off the flame and transfer the poha to a plate.

  • 7.Garnish with fried sev and a slice of lemon and serve.

  • Note: You can add grated coconut. Additionally, you can include vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, beetroot etc. as per your preference.
