1. In a mixing bowl, take the instant yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water.
2. Stir and let the mixture activate for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes frothy.
3. Sieve both flours and add salt, oil. Then, add the wet yeast to the mixture.
4. Mix well, knead the dough into a smooth texture. Apply some oil all over the dough.
5. Cover loosely and keep in a large bowl at room temperature for 30 minutes for fermentation.
6. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
7. Cut the dough into 2 equal parts. Flatten the dough to a disk. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness.
8. Place the dough in a greased pan and prick with a fork or fingertips, then bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
9. Once the base is ready, brush some oil on the pizza base, spread pizza sauce, and add chopped cheese and veggies (vegetables may be sautéed before with olive oil or butter, as per choice).
10. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 120 degrees until the base becomes golden brown and the cheese on top melts.
11. Sprinkle chili flakes and serve the pizza while still hot.
