1. Sieve millet flour and all-purpose flour. In a mixing bowl, take both flours, baking powder, salt, and prepare a dry mix.
2. Add butter and jaggery to a separate bowl and cream it well.
3. Add the dry mix, crushed nuts, to the wet mix. Mix well until it becomes a uniform soft dough.
4. Add milk and prepare a smooth dough.
5. Roll the dough and cut into cookie shapes with a cookie cutter. Decorate it with nuts.
6. Place the biscuits on a baking tray.
7. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
8. Bake the biscuits at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes.
9. Allow the biscuits to cool and store them in air-tight containers to keep them crispy and fresh.
10. Serve the millet biscuits with tea.
