  • Preparation :

  • 1.Cut the brinjal into circular pieces and put them in water.

  • 2.Mix all flour and water in a bowl to make a light paste.

  • 3.Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder , garam masala powder and

  • ginger-garlic paste in to it and prepare a batter.

  • 4.Heat oil in a kadhai, dip brinjal pieces in the batter and drop one by one into hot oil

  • 5.Fry in medium flame until golden brown on both sides.

  • 6.Remove and serve hot with spicy chutney or tomato sauce .
