1.Cut the brinjal into circular pieces and put them in water.
2.Mix all flour and water in a bowl to make a light paste.
3.Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder , garam masala powder and
ginger-garlic paste in to it and prepare a batter.
4.Heat oil in a kadhai, dip brinjal pieces in the batter and drop one by one into hot oil
5.Fry in medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
6.Remove and serve hot with spicy chutney or tomato sauce .
