1. In a bowl, take the banana and mash it properly.
2. Then add both flours, 1 tsp of garlic, salt, baking powder, and 2 tbsp of oil into it. Add milk gradually and knead into a soft and smooth dough.
3. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest for around 40minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
4. Once the dough is ready, divide it into equal-sized portions.
5. Roll each portion between your palms to make a smooth ball, then flatten it lightly.
6. Place the balls on a tray with some space between them. Cover with a kitchen towel and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan. Add garlic, turn off the heat, and sauté until the garlic is cooked with the residual heat from the melted butter.
8. Once the butter mixture becomes warm, add the chopped coriander leaves and set it aside.
9. Sprinkle some flour on the dough and place it on a lightly dusted rolling board. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dough. Using a rolling pin, roll it into a round or oval-shaped naan.
10. Heat a tawa ,sprinkle little water on the tawa and place the naan on it.
11. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until you see the base getting nicely browned and slightly charred.
12. Lift the naan from tawa with tongs and place it directly on the flame. Ensure all sides and surfaces are well cooked.
13. Place the naan on a tray and brush it generously with the garlic butter mixture.
14. Serve the Bajra garlic naan hot or warm with your favorite curry.
