1. Take 3-4 tbsp of lukewarm water in a bowl and dissolve yeast in it.
2. Add sugar to the yeast and keep aside for activation for 10-15 minutes.
3. Sieve Bajra flour, all-purpose flour, and mix it well with salt.
4. Add yeast mixture into it and knead it properly.
5. Add water/milk and knead into a smooth dough.
6. Cover the bowl and set aside for around half an hour to allow the dough to rise.
7. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Gently roll each portion of dough into a ball shape.
8. Sprinkle flour in a baking tray/grease oil.
9. Send it for proving for half an hour.
10. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
11. Brush the top of the dough lightly with oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
12. Bake the buns for about 20 minutes.
