1.Heat oil in a medium-sized pan.
2.Add Mustard seed, redchilli, curryleafs, bengalgram, blackgram,greenchilli, onion
and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until onions turn translucent.
3.Add vegetables one by one and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame.
4.Add salt, turmeric powder and water( if required) and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
5.Cover it till all vegetable were cooked well, keep it aside.
6.In another pan, add oil, mustard seed, red chilli, onion, tomato and saute. Add
water, salt and turmeric powder
7.When the water starts to boil, add millet rawa, and mix well.
8.Cover the pan and cook for about 7-8 minutes on a low flame till the water is
absorbed and the millet is cooked well.
9.Add cooked vegetables and spring onions and cook it for another 3-4 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve the millet upma hot.
