1.Heat a pan and dry roast the foxtail millet until it becomes crunchy. Transfer it to a plate and set aside.
2. Next, add the peanuts to the same pan and roast them until they are golden. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add butter and jaggery, stirring until they melt and combine. Add some water and cook it.
4. To test if the jaggery is ready, drop a small amount into a bowl of water. It should form a soft, round shape when ready.
5. Once the jaggery is ready, add the roasted foxtail millet, sesame seeds, and crushed roasted peanuts. Stir until the mixture comes together.
6. Transfer the mixture onto a greased butter paper and spread it out, giving it a shape similar to chikki (a traditional Indian brittle). While it is still slightly warm, cut it into square pieces.
7. Allow it to cool to room temperature before serving. Enjoy these chikki as a delicious snack.
