1.Take all purpose flour , Bajra flour, salt, ghee in a mixing bowl and mix it with
fingers.
2.When u get crumbs like texture , add water and knead in to a smooth dough
3.Cover and keep the dough aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
1.Add grated coconut, chhena and jaggery to a pan. Heat on a low flame for 5
minutes .
2.Add green cardamom powder and black pepper powder and mix well.
3.keep the filling aside to cool.
1.Divide the dough in to 14 pieces( 4 big size and 10 small size).
2.Dust with some flour and roll each pieces to about the same size as chapati or roti. (
4 big size and 10 small size).
3.Start filling the stuffing in first big size roti. Then add another small size roti and add
filling in to it.
4.Fille all the stuffing and roti like layers .
5.Lastly cover with another big size roti and seal the pitha with the help of finger tips
or spoons
6.Heat oil and start frying one Saptapuri pitha at one time in a low flame for 8-9
minute .
7.Once done serve it hot or cold .
