1.In a mixing bowl take Bajra flour, gramflour ( besan) , oil ( 20ml), turmeric powder, baking
soda, black pepper powder salt and mint leaf paste and mix it well.
2.Add required amount of water in to it and Prepare a soft and smooth dough
3.Heat oil in a pan with a medium flame.
4.Fill the dough in a sev maker .
5.Once the oil is sufficient hot, put the sev in the pan with the help of sev maker.
6.Turn on gently with a spoon . Deep fry them till they turn light golden brown.
7.When oil stops sizzling , take all the sev out of the oil.
8.Keep the sev in a absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
9.Serve as tea time snacks
