Step by Step method

  • Preparation :

  • 1.In a mixing bowl take Bajra flour, gramflour ( besan) , oil ( 20ml), turmeric powder, baking

  • soda, black pepper powder salt and mint leaf paste and mix it well.

  • 2.Add required amount of water in to it and Prepare a soft and smooth dough

  • 3.Heat oil in a pan with a medium flame.

  • 4.Fill the dough in a sev maker .

  • 5.Once the oil is sufficient hot, put the sev in the pan with the help of sev maker.

  • 6.Turn on gently with a spoon . Deep fry them till they turn light golden brown.

  • 7.When oil stops sizzling , take all the sev out of the oil.

  • 8.Keep the sev in a absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

  • 9.Serve as tea time snacks
