1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bajra flour and all-purpose flour.
2. Add carom seeds, black cumin seeds, baking soda, salt, and 2 tbsp oil, and mix well.
3. Gradually add water and knead into a stiff dough. It should be firm and not sticky.
4. Divide the dough into small portions.
5. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten and roll out into a thin circle or rectangle on a flat surface.
6. Use a knife or a pizza cutter to cut the rolled dough into small diamond or rectangular shapes.
7. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat.
8. Once the oil is hot, carefully add a few Namak Paras at a time. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crisp, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
9. Once done, remove from oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
10. Sprinkle red chilli powder on top and serve with tea.
