1.Heat 3 tbs oil in a medium-sized pan.
2.Add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until
onions turn translucent.
3.Add all vegetables and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame.
4.Add salt, turmeric powder and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
5.coverer the pan and cook it on a low flame till the vegetable cooked we, keep the
filling aside to cool.
1.Mix Bajra flour and rice flour in a bowl.
2.In a separate pan, take water , add 1 tsp oil and bring water to a boil.
3.Add salt and bajra mix to the boiling water and saute on a low flame for 2-3
minutes and switch off the flame .
4.Knead till it becomes smooth dough.
5.Divide and roll the dough in to around 10 to 12 small balls
6.Flatten each ball on your palm and place the filling on it.
7.Bring together the edges of the dough to seal in the stuffing, and gently give them
a round shape again.
8.Steam them for around10 min.
9.Plate and serve the Bajra manda pitha hot.
Note: You can replace the rice flour with semolina (suji) also.
