Step by Step method

  • Preparation :

  • 1.Pre-heat oven to 180°C for 10 minute while you prepare the batter.

  • 2.Mix Bajra flour , baking powder, baking soda, salt and Whole wheat flour and

  • sieve to remove husk or other impurities.

  • 3.Take butter , oil and jaggery to a separate bowl and beat the wet mix till it attains

  • a creamy texture.

  • 4.Add milk and mix well .Then add the dry mix to the wet mix.

  • 5.Mix well till the batter reaches a uniform consistency.

  • 6.Transfer the batter to paper cups , decorate with cashew and bake at 180°C for

  • 15 to 18 min.

  • 7.Check if cake has baked well. If not, bake for another 5 minutes.

  • 8.Take the cake out of the oven and allow to cool.
