1.Pre-heat oven to 180°C for 10 minute while you prepare the batter.
2.Mix Bajra flour , baking powder, baking soda, salt and Whole wheat flour and
sieve to remove husk or other impurities.
3.Take butter , oil and jaggery to a separate bowl and beat the wet mix till it attains
a creamy texture.
4.Add milk and mix well .Then add the dry mix to the wet mix.
5.Mix well till the batter reaches a uniform consistency.
6.Transfer the batter to paper cups , decorate with cashew and bake at 180°C for
15 to 18 min.
7.Check if cake has baked well. If not, bake for another 5 minutes.
8.Take the cake out of the oven and allow to cool.
