1. Beat the eggs until they are airy and fluffy. Add vanilla essence, mix well and keep it aside.
2. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredient together (all-purpose flour, bajra flour and baking powder)
3. In another bowl, cream the butter and gradually add the caster sugar and brown sugar, whisking until soft and airy.
4. Add the egg mixture and mashed ripe banana to the butter-sugar mixture.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, bajra flour, and baking powder).
6. Mix all this mixture using the in cut and fold method. Grease the tin, add butter paper, pour the batter into the tin, and bake at 160°C for 40 min.
7. Take out from the oven and check with the toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, let it cool down. Remove from the bread mould, cut, and serve it with tea or coffee.
