1. For making porridge, heat water in a pan, add bajra flour into the boiling water and bring the consistency to porridge.
2. Once the porridge consistency is formed keep it aside for cooling.
3. In a blender, combine the milk, jaggery, bajra porridge and diced banana.
4. Blend everything together to get a smooth and creamy mixture. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a bit more milk.
5. Decorate your serving glass with chocolate syrup.
6. Pour the bajra banana shake into a glass and serve immediately with garnish of chopped nuts (cashew, groundnut and almond).
Note: - If you want your shake to be colder, you can add a few ice cubes before
blending. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more
Jaggery.
