  • Preparation :

  • 1. In a mixing bowl , take whole wheat flour , Ragi flour , salt and warm oil together, mix it properly. Add

  • water and knead it to make a soft dough. Cover it and Keep aside till you prepare the stuffing.

  • 2. Mix together all the stuffing ingredients

  • 3. Distribute the dough in 7-8 balls and roll each ball a little and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the

  • middle, cover from all sides and roll the paratha.

  • 4. Heat a tawa/ griddle and cook each side of the paratha until golden brown, add a few drops of oil

  • while on tawa.

  • 5. Repeat the process for the rest of the parathas.

  • 6. Serve these hot Ragi sattu Paratha with curd and tomato chatney..
