1. In a mixing bowl , take whole wheat flour , Ragi flour , salt and warm oil together, mix it properly. Add
water and knead it to make a soft dough. Cover it and Keep aside till you prepare the stuffing.
2. Mix together all the stuffing ingredients
3. Distribute the dough in 7-8 balls and roll each ball a little and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the
middle, cover from all sides and roll the paratha.
4. Heat a tawa/ griddle and cook each side of the paratha until golden brown, add a few drops of oil
while on tawa.
5. Repeat the process for the rest of the parathas.
6. Serve these hot Ragi sattu Paratha with curd and tomato chatney..
