1.Add a glass of water and jaggery to a medium-sized pan.Heat on a medium flame and keep stirring till it turns into thick smooth syrup.
2.Mix ragi flour and rice flour in a bowl.
3.Add the flour mix to the syrup slowly while continuously stirring till it forms a smooth batter.
4.Add sesame seeds and green cardamom powder to the batter and set it aside in a bowl.
5.Grease your palms with a little ghee/oil.
6.Take small portions of the batter and gently flatten them with your palms to a medium thickness.
7.Heat oil/ghee in a medium-sized pan for deep frying.
8.Fry the pitha in oil/ghee on a medium flame till they turn brown.
9.Plate the ragi arisa pitha, ready to be served!
