1.Heat a pan , add 1tsp ghee , cashew, raisins, coconut and paneer, Stir continuously.
2.Now add jaggery into it and stir again till jaggery melts properly. Then add cardamom and keep it aside.
3.Take 150gm ragi flour and 100 gm whole wheat flour in a bowl and add water and salt (optional) to it.
4.Prepare a thick batter. While preparing the batter, ensure that no lump is formed.
5.Take a tawa and heat it. Take a tablespoon of the batter and spread it properly.
6.Then put the coconut and paneer stuffing in the middle of that batter spread .
7. Fold the spread from four sides to give it the shape of a four-folded rectangle.
8.Make as many such four-folded pithas as possible.
9.Take 50gm ragi flour, 50 g of jaggery, and 50gm whole wheat flour in a bowl and add water to it , prepare a smooth batter.
10.Then dip the rectangular pithas into it. Subsequently, deep-fry the same in ghee until both sides of the pitha become red-brown.
11.Now your ragi potali pitha is ready to serve.
