  • 1. In a bowl, take the ragi flour and add water gradually, mixing thoroughly to avoid any lumps. Continue stirring until you have a smooth, watery consistency.

  • 2. In a pan, bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once the water starts boiling, slowly pour in the ragi mixture while stirring continuously to ensure it blends well with the boiling water.

  • 3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir the mixture constantly. This will prevent it from sticking to the pan and ensure even cooking.

  • 4. Once the mixture begins to thicken, add jaggery. Keep stirring continuously until the jaggery is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.

  • 5. After reaching the desired thickness, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

  • 6. Once the mixture has cooled, add the curd and mix well. Garnish with your choice of dry fruits for added flavor and texture.

  • 7. The nutritious ragi dish is now ready for serving. Enjoy it as a healthy snack or a light meal.
