1. In a bowl, take the ragi flour and add water gradually, mixing thoroughly to avoid any lumps. Continue stirring until you have a smooth, watery consistency.
2. In a pan, bring water to a boil over medium heat. Once the water starts boiling, slowly pour in the ragi mixture while stirring continuously to ensure it blends well with the boiling water.
3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir the mixture constantly. This will prevent it from sticking to the pan and ensure even cooking.
4. Once the mixture begins to thicken, add jaggery. Keep stirring continuously until the jaggery is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
5. After reaching the desired thickness, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
6. Once the mixture has cooled, add the curd and mix well. Garnish with your choice of dry fruits for added flavor and texture.
7. The nutritious ragi dish is now ready for serving. Enjoy it as a healthy snack or a light meal.
