1. In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, custard powder,
baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are mixed
well.
2. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and palm jaggery until light and fluffy.
3. Gradually add milk and mix it well.
4. Then add groundnuts & dry flour mixture to the wet mixture. Use your hands or a
spatula to mix .
5. Add milk gradually ( if required) to the mixture to form a smooth dough. The dough
should be soft .
6. Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 min.
7. Take the dough and roll it. Add sesame seed on the upper layer. Cut the biscuits with
the help of cookies cutter.
8. Keep each biscuits on the baking tray, leaving some space between them to allow for
spreading while baking.
9. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits for about 15-18
minutes, or until they turn golden brown around the edges.
10. Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool.
11. Serve these delightful Ragi Biscuits with a hot cup of tea or coffee for a cozy snack
time treat.
