1.In a mixing bowl, combine the ragi flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar (20 g), and salt.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Gradually add curd (yogurt) to the mixture and knead it into a semi-soft dough.
4. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes.
5. After resting, add tutti-frutti to the dough and knead it again.
6. Divide the dough into 20 small, round balls.
7. Heat oil in a kadhai or frying pan and deep fry the balls until golden brown.
8. Once done, remove the balls from the oil and coat them with powdered sugar.
9. Serve hot.
