  • 1. Begin by taking a bowl of water and gradually mix in the ragi flour to create a smooth slurry. Ensure there are no lumps.

  • 2. In another pan, bring water to a boil on the stove. Once boiling, slowly pour in the ragi flour slurry, stirring continuously.

  • 3. Cook the mixture until it thickens and then set the ragi mixture aside to cool completely.

  • 4. In a blender, combine the cooled ragi porridge, milk, jaggery, raisins, cashew nuts, and melted chocolate.

  • 5. Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • 6. Ensure that there are no lumps and that the ingredients are well incorporated.

  • 7. Pour the blended shake into serving glasses. For an extra touch of sweetness and a visually appealing presentation, garnish with chopped almonds and some chocolate syrup on top.

  • 8. If you prefer a chilled shake, add some ice cubes to the shakes.
