  • Preparation :

  • 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until they are airy and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

  • 2. In another bowl, mix all the sieved dry ingredients (ragi flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder).

  • 3. Cream the butter, then gradually add the icing sugar. Next, slowly add the beaten eggs, pouring until finished.

  • 4. Add the dry ingredient mixture in three parts to the mixture, using a cut and fold method.

  • 5. Grease the mold and add butter paper. Pour the batter into the mold and tap the batter.

  • 6. Add choco chips on top, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

  • 7. Take out from the oven and check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let it cool down.

  • 8. Remove from the mold, cut into slices, and serve with tea or coffee.
