1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until they are airy and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
2. In another bowl, mix all the sieved dry ingredients (ragi flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder).
3. Cream the butter, then gradually add the icing sugar. Next, slowly add the beaten eggs, pouring until finished.
4. Add the dry ingredient mixture in three parts to the mixture, using a cut and fold method.
5. Grease the mold and add butter paper. Pour the batter into the mold and tap the batter.
6. Add choco chips on top, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
7. Take out from the oven and check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, remove from the oven and let it cool down.
8. Remove from the mold, cut into slices, and serve with tea or coffee.
