Step by Step method

  • Preparation :

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken (chicken keema) with red chili powder,

  • coriander powder and salt. Mix well until all the spices are evenly incorporated into

  • the chicken.

  • 2. Crack an egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into equal

  • portions and shape them into patties.

  • 3. Bake patties until they are baked properly and golden brown on the outside.

  • 4. While the patties are cooking, slice the onion and tomato. Wash and prepare the

  • lettuce leaves.

  • 5. Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

  • 6. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers.

  • 7. Add sauce on the top half of the bun. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each

  • bun, followed by a chicken patty .

  • 8. Top the patties with sliced onion and tomato.

  • 9. Place the top half of the bun over the fillings to complete the burgers.

  • 10. Your Ragi burgers with chicken patty are now ready to be served ! You can serve

  • them with some additional sauce
