1.In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken (chicken keema) with red chili powder,
coriander powder and salt. Mix well until all the spices are evenly incorporated into
the chicken.
2. Crack an egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into equal
portions and shape them into patties.
3. Bake patties until they are baked properly and golden brown on the outside.
4. While the patties are cooking, slice the onion and tomato. Wash and prepare the
lettuce leaves.
5. Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
6. Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers.
7. Add sauce on the top half of the bun. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each
bun, followed by a chicken patty .
8. Top the patties with sliced onion and tomato.
9. Place the top half of the bun over the fillings to complete the burgers.
10. Your Ragi burgers with chicken patty are now ready to be served ! You can serve
them with some additional sauce
