1.Wash and soak blackgram for minimum 4 hours.
2.Grind black gram into a smooth batter.
3.Mix Ragi flour and salt in to it , mix it properly.
4.Allow to ferment for about 2 to 3 hours. In cold weather, ferment overnight.
5.Heat the dosa tawa. Spread some oil in to it.
6.Pour a ladleful of thick batter on the tawa and spread into a round shape with the
ladle.
7.Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
8.Serve Ragi chakuli hot with chutney or a curry of your choice!
