1.Heat 30 gm of butter in a pan over medium heat.
2.Add chopped red, green and yellow capsicum along with salt to the pan.
3.Sauté the capsicum for a few minutes until they are slightly softened. Remove from
heat and set aside.
4.Take two slices of bread and spread butter and green chutney on one side of each
slice.
5.Add sautéed veggies , mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chilli sauce in to it .
6.Top the upper layer with chopped cucumber, onion and grated cheese.
7.Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Spread some butter on the
outside of the sandwich.
8.Place the sandwich on the grill pan or sandwich maker and grill until the bread turns
golden brown and crispy, and the cheese melts.
9.Once grilled, remove and slice the sandwich into desired shapes.
10.Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney or any dipping sauce of your choice.
