  • Preparation :

  • 1.Heat 30 gm of butter in a pan over medium heat.

  • 2.Add chopped red, green and yellow capsicum along with salt to the pan.

  • 3.Sauté the capsicum for a few minutes until they are slightly softened. Remove from

  • heat and set aside.

  • 4.Take two slices of bread and spread butter and green chutney on one side of each

  • slice.

  • 5.Add sautéed veggies , mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chilli sauce in to it .

  • 6.Top the upper layer with chopped cucumber, onion and grated cheese.

  • 7.Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Spread some butter on the

  • outside of the sandwich.

  • 8.Place the sandwich on the grill pan or sandwich maker and grill until the bread turns

  • golden brown and crispy, and the cheese melts.

  • 9.Once grilled, remove and slice the sandwich into desired shapes.

  • 10.Serve hot with ketchup, green chutney or any dipping sauce of your choice.
