1.Add butter/ oil to a pan and heat it on low flame till the butter melts/oil becomes hot.
2.Add garlic and ginger and stir fry for a minute on a low flame.
3.Add all the chopped vegetables and sweet corn and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes on a medium flame.
4.Add vinegar, black pepper, salt and soya sauce and stir fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.
5.Add some water and cook on a low flame till the vegetables are well-cooked.
6.Add water to the ragi flour and mix well to a watery consistency without lumps. Add the flour mix to the vegetables.
7.Stir well and cook over a low to medium flame till it reaches the desired soup consistency.
8.Once ready, turn off the flame, add black pepper and mix well.
Add tomato sauce, black salt and chilli sauce as per taste & serve hot!
Note: You can add spring onions, coriander leaves, green peas, cabbage, cauliflower, mushroom, spinach and other vegetables as per local and seasonal availability and preference
