Step by Step method

  • Preparation:

  • 1.Add butter/ oil to a pan and heat it on low flame till the butter melts/oil becomes hot.

  • 2.Add garlic and ginger and stir fry for a minute on a low flame.

  • 3.Add all the chopped vegetables and sweet corn and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes on a medium flame.

  • 4.Add vinegar, black pepper, salt and soya sauce and stir fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.

  • 5.Add some water and cook on a low flame till the vegetables are well-cooked.

  • 6.Add water to the ragi flour and mix well to a watery consistency without lumps. Add the flour mix to the vegetables.

  • 7.Stir well and cook over a low to medium flame till it reaches the desired soup consistency.

  • 8.Once ready, turn off the flame, add black pepper and mix well.

  • Add tomato sauce, black salt and chilli sauce as per taste & serve hot!

  • Note: You can add spring onions, coriander leaves, green peas, cabbage, cauliflower, mushroom, spinach and other vegetables as per local and seasonal availability and preference
