  • Preparation :

  • 1. Take a pan, heat it in medium-low flame, roast sesame seed and keep aside.

  • 2. Add lotus seed in the preheated pan and dry roast it, then keep it aside.

  • 3. Take ragi flour in a bowl, add cold water and slowly mix it without any lumps.

  • 4. In a pan, boil water. When it starts boiling, add ragi mixture into it.

  • 5. Boil it on a low flame and stir continuously.

  • 6. When it starts to thicken, switch off the flame and allow it to cool at room temperature.

  • 7. Take ragi porridge with cashew nuts, raisin, almond, jaggery, and grind it properly.

  • 8. Add crushed green cardamom, lotus seed, and milk and grind it again.

  • 9. Lastly, add sesame seed and grind it again.

  • 10. Add ice cubes, and garnish with Lotus seed, ice-cream, and serve.
