1. Take a pan, heat it in medium-low flame, roast sesame seed and keep aside.
2. Add lotus seed in the preheated pan and dry roast it, then keep it aside.
3. Take ragi flour in a bowl, add cold water and slowly mix it without any lumps.
4. In a pan, boil water. When it starts boiling, add ragi mixture into it.
5. Boil it on a low flame and stir continuously.
6. When it starts to thicken, switch off the flame and allow it to cool at room temperature.
7. Take ragi porridge with cashew nuts, raisin, almond, jaggery, and grind it properly.
8. Add crushed green cardamom, lotus seed, and milk and grind it again.
9. Lastly, add sesame seed and grind it again.
10. Add ice cubes, and garnish with Lotus seed, ice-cream, and serve.
