  • Preparation :

  • 1.In a mixing bowl first take both flour, Sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder

  • 2.With a wired whisk mix all the dry ingredients & set aside.

  • 3.Add milk to the dry ingredients in the bowl, mix very well.

  • 4.Break lumps with whisk and make a smooth batter.

  • 5.Set the pancake batter aside and keep it for some time.

  • 6.Then heat a frying pan. Spread ½ to 1 teaspoon oil / butter on the pan.

  • 7.With a ladle gently pour the batter. On a medium-low heat cook the pancake.

  • 8.Cook it till you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake.

  • 9.When the base looks crispy and golden, gently turn over the pancake.

  • 10.Cook the second side also till it become golden. Then remove pancake and serve.
