1.In a mixing bowl first take both flour, Sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder
2.With a wired whisk mix all the dry ingredients & set aside.
3.Add milk to the dry ingredients in the bowl, mix very well.
4.Break lumps with whisk and make a smooth batter.
5.Set the pancake batter aside and keep it for some time.
6.Then heat a frying pan. Spread ½ to 1 teaspoon oil / butter on the pan.
7.With a ladle gently pour the batter. On a medium-low heat cook the pancake.
8.Cook it till you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake.
9.When the base looks crispy and golden, gently turn over the pancake.
10.Cook the second side also till it become golden. Then remove pancake and serve.
