1.Add all the ingredients except the oil to a bowl and mix.
2.Add a little water and mix by hand till it becomes a thick and uniform batter.
3.Add oil to a medium-sized pan for deep frying and heat on a medium flame.
4.Take small quantities of the batter in a desired pakodaw
5.shape and put into the hot oil.
6.Fry till well cooked.
7.Serve hot with any chutney of your choice!
Note: You can replace onions with sautéed chopped cabbage or other vegetables as per preference.
