This recipe involves three steps
Preparing Ragi Boondi Batter:
1.Take 50 gm of ragi powder, 50 gm of bengal gram flour,chili powder, salt and water.
2.Mix by hand till it becomes a thick batter.
Preparing Ragi Sev Batter:
1.Take 50 gm of ragi powder, 50 gm of bengal gram powder,chili powder, carom seed, asafoetida, salt and water.
2.Mix by hand till it becomes a thick batter.
Preparing the Mixture:
1.Heat oil in a medium-sized pan on a medium flame.
2.Pour ragi boondi batter through the boondi plate directly into the hot oil.
3.Fry till they turn golden-brown and keep them aside in a bowl to cool.
4.Pour ragi sev batter through the sev mould directly into the hot oil.
5.Fry till they turn golden-brown and add them to the boondi to cool.
6.Fry curry leaves and ground nuts and add them to the bowl to cool.
7.Mix all the fried ingredients, cumin powder, mango powder,black pepper powder and rock salt.
Ragi mixture is ready to eat!
