1. Take Ragi flour in a bowl, add cold water and slowly mix it without any lumps
2. In a pan boil water, when it starts boiling add ragi mixture into it.
3. Boil it on a low flame and stir continuously.
4. When it starts to thicken, switch off the flame and allow it to cool at room temperature.
5. In a bowl or pan, take ragi porridge.
6. Mix it well until it becomes smooth.
7. Add fresh chilled curd, sugar, and cold milk. The consistency of this lassi is neither thick nor thin.
8. Keep on whisking until the sugar dissolves to get froth on the top.
9. Now add crushed cardamom powder and rose water. Mix it well.
10. Add ice cubes, cashew, raisin, cherry, and sliced almonds.
11. Pour ragi lassi into a glass and serve. Add a few ice cubes.
12. Garnish with chopped dry fruits like cashew nuts, raisins, grated coconut, etc., and serve.
