1.Take a medium-sized pan and heat it on a low flame for 2minutes. Add ragi flour to the pan and dry roast on medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes.
2.Once it is fried well and exudes an aroma, transfer the ragi powder to a bowl and let it cool.
3.Add groundnut to the pan and dry roast on a low flame for about 10 mins. Keep stirring continuously till the groundnuts turn light brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
4.Add sesame seeds to the pan and dry roast on a low flame for a few seconds while stirring continuously. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
5.Add 100 ml of water and jaggery to a pan and heat on a medium flame till it turns into a sticky syrup.
6.Strain the syrup to remove any impurities and keep aside.
7.Heat ghee in a fresh pan and add roasted ragi flour,roasted groundnuts, cardamom powder and one third of the roasted sesame seeds and mix.
8.Add the jaggery syrup and mix well.
9.Grease your palms with ghee and shape the mix into small round balls.
10.Put the remaining roasted sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls on it to coat them with sesame.
11.Flavourful ragi ladoos are ready to be enjoyed!
