  • Preparation:

  • 1.Take 6-7 cups of water in a pan. Add salt and oil to it and bring to a boil.

  • 2.Add noodles and continue to boil till well-cooked. Drain water immediately and keep noodles aside in the strainer till fully cooled.

  • 3.Chop all the vegetables, onion and chillies and keep aside.

  • 4.Heat oil in a pan and stir fry onion till golden-brown.

  • 5.Add all the vegetables and green chillies and stir fry till the vegetables are nearly cooked.

  • 6.Add salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar to the vegetables and mix well.

  • 7.Add the noodles to the pan and stir well.

  • 8.Cook for another minute or two and serve hot.
