1.Take 6-7 cups of water in a pan. Add salt and oil to it and bring to a boil.
2.Add noodles and continue to boil till well-cooked. Drain water immediately and keep noodles aside in the strainer till fully cooled.
3.Chop all the vegetables, onion and chillies and keep aside.
4.Heat oil in a pan and stir fry onion till golden-brown.
5.Add all the vegetables and green chillies and stir fry till the vegetables are nearly cooked.
6.Add salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar to the vegetables and mix well.
7.Add the noodles to the pan and stir well.
8.Cook for another minute or two and serve hot.
