1.Add two glasses of water to a medium-sized pan. Bring to a boil on a medium flame.
2.Add a cup of water and ragi flour to a bowl. Mix well without forming lumps.
3.Pour the ragi mix into the boiling water and stir continuously to prevents lumps from forming.
4.Heat on a low flame for 10 minutes, after which allow it to cool.
5.Mix green chilli, coriander, mint and mango ginger, and grind to a paste.
6.Add curd, cumin powder, pepper powder, black salt and salt to the paste.
7.Add the cooled ragi mix and six more glass of cold water to the paste and mix well.
Ragi challah is ready to be served!
Note: You may also try out jaljeera powder or chat masala for flavour instead of roasted cumin powder.
