Skill development training for OTDC cooks was arranged. As a part of promotional activity for the International Year of Millet 2023, a millet-based menu in Panthaniwas was proposed. In this regard millet-based recipe training of OTDC cooks was conducted on 29th August at IHM. Total 18 cooks participated during the training session not only for recipe preparations but also learning the various thumb rules while dealing with Millets.
