As part of Shree Anna Abhiyan, the Programme Secretariat Watershed Support Services and Activities Network (WASSAN) is launching an Urban Internship Programme. Students got an opportunity to bring innovative ideas promoting consumption of millets in the urban areas. Interns engaged in promotion of millets in urban areas in 5 target cities like Bhubaneswar, Roulkela, Cuttack, Berhampur and Puri for one month of period i.e from May 13 to May 19, 2022. Interns are responsible for setting up movable canopy stalls and organizing cooking events on various millet recipes in the selected prime locations of the cities for promotion of millet-based products.
