A regional millet recipe training was conducted under the Shree Anna Abhiyan initiative in collaboration with the Hotel & Restaurant Association of Odisha at Hotel Barjorjis Banjara, Balasore. Chefs from hotels across Balasore, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur and Keonjhar participated with around 20–25 chefs trained by a Master Trainer from IHM Bhubaneswar. The session featured a presentation on Shree Anna Abhiyan and hands-on training in millet-based recipes such as Mandia Mangsa Pitha, Mandia Idli, Suan Kheer, and Sorghum Lia with Mutton. The event concluded with certificate distribution, encouraging chefs to incorporate millet dishes into their menus to promote millet consumption in Northern Odisha
