1. Boil the required amount of water in a pot/vessel.
2. Wash the rice thoroughly with water and add it to boiling water .
3. Cook the rice on medium heat, allowing it to cook 70% and become soft.
4. In a separate vessel, mix 1 glass of water with the ragi flour.
5. Stir well to dissolve the ragi flour into the water, ensuring there are no lumps.
6. Add the watery ragi mix to the boiling rice and let it cook together for 8-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
7. Add salt to taste, mixing it in evenly.
8. Now Ragi Pejo is ready to serve. Enjoy it with curry or chutney.
