1. Soak Blackgram dal, Bengal gram dal and Littlemillet rice separately for min 4 hour.
2. After 4 hour, take littlemillet rice, ginger and greenchilli in the grinder jar along with some water and grind them for the paste.
3. Add Bengal gram dal and Blackgram dal and again grind them to get a fine paste .
4. Pour the paste in a bowl, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well.
5 Add some water to it. The running consistency of the batter is required for Dhuska.
6 Preheat the Tawa and spread some oil to grease it. Spread the batter on the Pan while keeping the flame on medium.
7. Spread some oil over it and cook for 3-4 minutes on the medium flame. Flip it and cover to cook it more for 3-4 minutes ( Spread some oil over it before flipping.).
8. Dhuska appears golden brown from both the sides, once they cooked .
9. Remove and keep it aside and cook the rest of Dhuskas likewise.
10.Serve it with the green chutney.
