1.Heat 50 gm ghee in a medium-sized pan on a low flame for 2 minutes.
2.Add cashew nuts to the ghee and fry on a low flame till cashew turns golden brown. Keep aside in a bowl.
3.Fry raisins in the ghee on a low flame for 1-2 seconds and keep aside in a bowl.
4.Roast ragi flour in the same pan with the remaining ghee.
5.Add milk to the ragi flour and keep stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
6.Once the ragi mix solidifies, add sugar and cook till the ghee separates.
7.Add the roasted cashew nuts, raisins and green cardamom powder to the mix.
Ragi halwa is ready to be served
